- No Guarantee of Accuracy: The content, code, and designs generated by our AI agent are provided "as is." While we strive for high quality, Paylayer does not guarantee the accuracy, legal compliance, or commercial performance of any AI-generated page.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and editing all AI-generated content before publishing it or using it for commercial purposes.
- Third-Party APIs: Our services rely on third-party AI APIs. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or changes in terms from these providers.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Paylayer to create:
- Phishing, scam, or deceptive landing pages.
- Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
- Malware, spam, or illegal adult content.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without a refund.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing to our $23.99/mo plan, you authorize automatic recurring payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
